If it's an appliance part that can be repaired, they can do it. If the part needs to be replaced, they will help you order a new part. When the new part arrives, they will schedule a return visit to install it.

We do not carry parts in-house, and we do not have a workshop for you to come to, but we do have a place that will happily look up the parts you need and ship them directly to you.

We accept all major credit cards, checks (made payable to Bill's Appliance Service), and cash payment.
We warranty our work for 30 days. In the unlikely event, your appliance has the same failure within 30 days of us working on it previously; the callout will be free. If it is not the same issue as before, a further call out fee will be charged. But we guarantee to do our absolute best to get it right the first time.
Parts are warrantied by the manufacturers for 90 days or one year from the date of installation, depending on the manufacturer. If we carry out a service for you and install a part that appears to fail within the year, please call us immediately. If you are not sure if it is still warrantied, please call us, and we will assist you in finding out and deal with the issue accordingly.
